Return/Exchange Policy

Returns:

  • Initiating a Return: If an item doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out to info@blaqueparadigm.com. Attach a photo of the item and specify the reason for your return. We'll then provide guidance on the return process.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item(s) at our warehouse, we'll process a refund. Please note:
    • The refund will exclude shipping costs.
    • The amount will be credited to your original payment method and can take 7-10 business days to reflect.
    • We won't cover the return shipping fees.
  • Return Condition: Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of the shipment date.
  • Before Shipping: Contact us before dispatching any return to ensure a smooth process.

Exchanges:

  • Starting an Exchange: Want a different item? Email us at info@blaqueparadigm.com to initiate the exchange procedure.
  • Exchange Condition: We'll gladly exchange items that are unworn and sent back in their original packaging.
